Call for Proposals
Learn MORE. Connect MORE. BaltiMORE

CASE District II invites you to join us in Baltimore on February 6-8, 2011, for our annual District Conference. This is your opportunity to share your best practices, successes and challenges, and cutting-edge ideas with your peers at the 2011 Conference.

A committee of your peers – the CASE Conference Program Committee – designs the 'curriculum' of the conference, with an eye toward presenting sessions and topics that are relevant to all practitioners.

The conference will include three days of sessions, including presentations for new-professional, mid-professional, and senior-level staff in these conference tracks:

  • Alumni Relations
  • Development
  • Communications and Marketing
  • Master Sessions - 2 1/2 hour sessions designed to provide an in-depth analysis of a particular topic

View suggested session topics.

We are still accepting proposals for the Alumni Relations sessions and the Communications and Marketing sessions.

SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL

Submit Your Proposal

CASE Educational Partners (consultants/vendors) may co-present, but only with an active practitioner from a CASE member institution. The proposal must be submitted by the active practitioner who is leading the session.

Selection Procedure:
The CASE Conference Program Committee will be meeting in August to review the submitted proposals and select the best for inclusion in the conference. You will be notified in mid-September if your proposal has been accepted and contacted for the additional information that will be needed to schedule your session. If your proposal is not selected, you also will be notified of that decision as soon as possible.

Important Notices:
Presenters must register for the conference. Conference Planning Committee, Conference Volunteers, and Conference Presenters are responsible for their own expenses, including registration, travel to Baltimore, hotel accommodations, and any meals or special events not included in conference registration fees.

We are asking speakers to help us keep conference costs at a minimum. Unfortunately, internet connections in each session room are cost prohibitive and may not be available. Whenever possible, please avoid presentations needing internet access as the cost for these services is extraordinarily high. In most cases, static screen shots can be incorporated into presentation format. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
